- Workshop Papers: workshop papers will be archived in a joint CEUR Workshop Proceedings volume. An example is available at CEUR-WS Volume 4206 .
- All Other Submissions: accepted submissions in the other conference tracks will be published in the ACM Conference Proceedings.
ACM Open Policy
Starting January 1, 2026, ACM will fully transition to Open Access. All ACM publications, including papers from ACM-sponsored conferences, will be published as 100% Open Access.
Authors have two primary options for publishing Open Access articles with ACM: publication through the ACM Open institutional model or payment of an Article Processing Charge (APC).
ACM Open Coverage:
approximately 3,000 institutions are already participating in ACM Open. As a result, the majority of papers published through ACM-sponsored conferences are not expected to require an APC from authors or conferences. Currently, approximately 76% of papers fall within this coverage.
Authors whose institutions do not participate in ACM Open may need to pay an APC unless they qualify for a financial or discretionary waiver.

Financial and discretionary waivers are available only under specific ACM criteria. Authors should review the ACM policy carefully before assuming that a waiver will apply.
2027 Subsidized APC Rates
To support authors and institutions during the transition to ACM's Open Access publishing model, the ACM Council has approved temporary subsidized APC rates for calendar year 2027.

These subsidized rates represent a 29% discount from the current APC list pricing and are funded directly by ACM.
Important:
the temporary subsidized APC pricing applies to all conferences scheduled for 2027.
Authors are encouraged to advocate for their institutions to join ACM Open during this transition period.
